We buy only from the brands themselves, so there is no point in the chain where a fake could enter it.

Check your own parcel

Inside every parcel is a card with a one-time verification code. Enter it on the verify page and you will see the order it belongs to and the date it shipped from Vietnam.

If something is wrong

If you ever believe an item is not authentic, open a refund request from your order page within 30 days. Send us photos and we refund the full amount you paid — tax and shipping included. We would rather lose the sale than your trust.
