Shipping

Orders leave our Vietnam warehouse within 48 hours and arrive in 5–8 days. The price you see is the price you pay: tax and shipping are included, and nothing is added at checkout or on delivery.

You can follow the parcel on your order page: shipped (Vietnam) → international transit → customs → out for delivery → delivered.

Returns & refunds

1. Open the order and choose Request refund within 30 days of delivery.
2. Pick a reason and add photos — photos get it approved faster.
3. If we have not answered within 24 hours, the refund is approved automatically.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, for the full amount you paid. Return shipping is on us for anything damaged, wrong or not as described.
